For international participants, the price will be recalculated according to the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Kazakhstan on the date of invoicing
Cancellations made later than the registration closing date are non-refundable
Participants/speakers who are not Partners/Sponsors may not distribute their paid and free promotional materials during the Forum
International participants are responsible for making their own arrangements for their stay in Kazakhstan, including matters of obtaining visas. The Forum hosts can prepare the visa letter only after the registration and full payment of the participation fee
Participants/speakers shall make their own reservations and pay for accommodation
